Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.
Cookies which are necessary to allow electronic communications or to provide certain functions you wish to use (such as the shopping cart) are stored pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph 1, letter f of DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies to ensure an optimized service provided free of technical errors. MailChimp
This website uses the services of MailChimp for sending newsletters. The service provider is Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA.
MailChimp is a service that helps among other things to organise and analyse the sending of newsletters. If you enter data for the purpose of receiving the newsletter (for example, your email address), it will be stored on the MailChimp servers in the United States.
MailChimp is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. The Privacy Shield is an agreement between the European Union (EU) and the United States to ensure compliance with European privacy standards in the United States.
With the help of MailChimp we can analyse our newsletter campaigns. When you open an email sent by MailChimp, a file contained in the email (called Web beacon) connects to the MailChimp server in the United States. This can determine if a newsletter message has been opened and which links have been clicked. In addition, technical information is collected (e.g., time of retrieval, IP address, browser type and operating system). These data can not be assigned to the respective newsletter recipient. They are used exclusively for the statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyses can be used to adapt newsletters better to the interests of the recipients.
If you do not wish any analysis by MailChimp, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. For this purpose, we provide a link in every newsletter message.

The data processing takes place on the basis of your consent (Article 6 para. 1 S.1 lit. a of the GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future by unsubscribing from the newsletter. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.
The data provided when registering for the newsletter will be used to distribute the newsletter until you cancel your subscription when said data will be deleted from our servers and those of MailChimp.
For further information, please refer to the Privacy Policy of MailChimp: mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/

5. Plugins and tools

This website integrates functionalities and content from other networks (Soundcloud and YouTube). We use these services from other providers to actively participate in media development and to offer you content in the best possible form.

When surfing our pages, your IP address and other device-related information such as the browser and operating system used are registered on our servers for technical reasons. The provider of the plugin or code also receives this data. The provider cannot yet draw any conclusions about your person from this data, but he knows where you are (geographically), for example. In addition, the providers can set so-called cookies on your device, with which they can log their surfing behavior and recognize the device used while surfing. If you are logged in to a Social Network while you are visiting our pages, the provider can also associate your profile stored there. We do not receive any information about how you use the social plugins and what content you share or comment on. This takes place solely between you and the social networks or the providers.

Consent to content from third parties
Here you can consent or object to the display of embedded content from third parties. Your choice will be permanently stored in your browser and can be changed at all times:

Details about individual providers

YouTube
Our website uses plugins from YouTube, which is operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. With the YouTube player we integrate videos from our YouTube channels or videos by other providers to our pages.

If you visit one of our pages featuring a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. Here the YouTube server is informed about which of our pages you have visited.
If you're logged in to your YouTube account, YouTube allows you to associate your browsing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
Further information about handling user data, can be found in the data protection declaration of YouTube under:
policies.google.com/privacy

Soundcloud
On our pages, plugins by the online audio distribution platform Soundcloud, which is provided by SoundCloud Limited, Rheinsberger Str. 76/77, 10115 Berlin, may be integrated. With the help of the embed functionality, these make it possible for us to integrate audio files from Soundcloud on our pages.

When you visit our website and activate the plugin, a connection is established between your browser and the Soundcloud server. This provides the Soundcloud server with information about the sites you have visited on our website. If you are logged onto Soundcloud as a member, then Soundcloud may automatically assign this information to your personal user account. When you activate the plugin (e.g., by clicking the start button of an audio file), the corresponding information is also assigned to your user account. You can prevent the automatic assignment of this information by logging out of your SoundCloud account and deleting its respective cookies before logging onto our website. We point out that we as providers obtain no knowledge of the content of the transfered data, nor of its use, from Soundcloud.
